We have 2 basic responses:   LOVE or FEAR

Fear oppresses, limits, paralyzes, and creates anger, judgement and negative karma.

Love lifts, connects, frees and creates joy.

Are your reactions coming from love or fear?

That word is love.

There comes a point in life when you realize:
Who matters,
Who never did,
Who wont anymore And who always will.

It is an gift and an honor to witness my yoga students heal and experience breakthroughs.  By encouraging them to reconnect with what rests in their hearts and softly redirect them them back to their truths.......amazing healing occurs.

"Sometimes it takes darkness and the sweet confinement of your aloneness to learn that anything or anyone that does not bring you alive is too small for you.” David Whyte

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity...it turns problems into gifts, failures into success, the unexpected into perfect timing, and mistakes into important events.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Vulnerability is a part of the yogic process. Yoga, after all, is not an escape from life but a way of taking yourself into life's pulsing heart. It will inevitably lead you to your own vulnerability, to your raw places. But vulnerability also opens the door to love, grace, and the deepest forms of healing. Your vulnerability, scary as it can be, is inseparable from your capacity for intimacy and creativity and love.
